We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at douglasrkennedy@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (a short video helps too, especially for damage that's hard to capture in a photo)
We'll get you a replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required for quality issues.
Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Once we confirm the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Because return shipping can be costly for lower-priced items, in some cases we may offer a partial refund or store credit as an alternative to a full return — just reach out and we'll find the best solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet entered processing. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow our return process above.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement or delivery has not occurred:
- US orders: please allow up to 45 days from the ship date before we open a delivery investigation.
- International orders may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.
If tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received your package, contact us — we'll investigate, though this process can take 1–2 months and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
How to Start a Return

- Include photos or video if the item is damaged or defective.
- We'll respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timing
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
